Observation

Need to ensure that children use swings one at a time due to spacing between swings children cannot occupy both swings at one time due to spacing/clearance. Need to move slide or black storage bin from the bottom of the slide to allow for 6 feet fall zone from the bottom of the slide. Black Barrier around play structure and to enclose wood chips is starting to tilt and silver bolt to hold the black barrier in place in some areas is starting to lift. Children's house walk way has wood barrier in some spaces and then there is no barrier in other areas which forms a tripping hazard. There is not an even transition from the grassy area to the cement area on the walk way. Also at the end of this walk way the prior cement chain link fence post has been removed but not completely shaved/sanded/ cut and has sharp edges. By white fence there is pieces of wood that has been placed as another barrier however, creates a hazard for children when in that area because their feet can get caught. Under the white fence in some areas the gap is larger than 3 1/2 inches.
